Support for Infertility

Growing a family is not simple for everyone and can even be a long and challenging process. Infertility can involve grief, resentment, fear, strained relationships, and even become traumatic. My extensive training in trauma and personal experience with infertility uniquely equip me to support individuals going through this process.

Therapy can be helpful while experiencing infertility if you:

  • Experience significant depression or anxiety since trying to grow your family

  • Notice a change in yourself or how you view the world related to fertility

  • Sexual functioning has changed in a way that you are dissatisfied with

  • Are trying medical fertility treatments and going through changes associated with this process

  • Feel isolated or struggle to get support from others on these topics

  • Difficulties in your relationship

  • Feel like your life revolves around trying to conceive, medical appointments and treatments, or anxiety associated with fertility

I offer individual therapy as well as group therapy for infertility. Group therapy is available for those who are TTC and desire to feel supported others who understand the struggle.
